Statement of Faith
1.
We believe that all people are created in the image of God. However, this image is damaged because of man's sinful rebellion, and as a result every person is sinful before God. It is the will of God that all people should receive salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
2.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church which consists of born again of believers and which is formed by the Holy Spirit. The Church is responsible for the demonstration of God’s will and the proclamation of His Gospel.
3.
We believe there is only one glorified God revealed in three Holy distinctions:
We believe that the Bible is the true and only infallible Word of God, consisting of the Old and New Testament in their original language, written by people who were fully inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe that it authoritatively declares the will of God and accepts that it is the highest and final authority in all matters of education, faith, life and doctrine.
5.
We believe in the two sacraments instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ:
We believe in the Fivefold Ministry as stated in Ephesians 4:11, 12:
Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Shepherds and Teachers.
7.
We believe in the manifestation of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 12: 4-11):
- Gifts of Revelation (Word of Wisdom, Word of Knowledge and Discernment of Spirits),
- Gift of Power (Gift of Faith, Gift of Healing and Working of Miracles),
- Gifts of Utterance (Speaking in Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues and Prophecy).
8.
We believe that all true Christians must live in such a way that all the fruits of the Holy Spirit are visible in such a person's life: (Galatians 5:22, 23):
Love, Joy, Peace, Longsuffering, Kindness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness and Temperance.
9.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit through whose dwelling the Christian is able to live a life of righteousness and true holiness. The baptism of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues as promised to all believers, as the Spirit gives them expression.
10.
We believe that the Church is the body of Christ The new birth through the emersion baptism as well as personal confession of Christ is essential for membership of the local ministry. Every believer saved by Jesus Christ and restored by the Holy Spirit is part of that body.
11.
We believe that one can only be cleansed of sin through repentance to God and faith in the death and resurrection of Christ at Calvary.
12.
We believe that man is justified and justified by grace and faith alone and not by any human works.
13.
We believe that those who receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour through faith are reborn by the Holy Spirit and become children and heirs of God. The New Birth is absolutely necessary for personal salvation and eternal life.
14.
We believe in Judgment Day when Jesus Christ will judge the living and the dead. We believe in the resurrection, in eternal life for the righteous and eternal punishment for the lost. We believe in the new heaven and the new earth where God will rule in glory.
15
We believe that Jesus Christ, at the time God appointed, will physically return to fetch His Church, both alive and dead, during the Rapture and that He will return after the Great Tribulation to serve as King of Kings on earth.
16.
We believe that Heaven exists, that there are angels, and that there is a Satan, fallen angels and demons who will be cast into the lake of fire, which is hell, together with those who rejected Christ after judgment of God.
17.
We believe we must endeavour to empower all members to become serving leaders according to their spiritual gifts and according to Biblical standards without any form of discrimination.
18
We believe in a prophetic ministry, true to our Pentecostal heritage. We will share and build together as expected of a charismatic community, all for the honour and promotion of God's name, until He returns to earth.

We believe there is only one glorified God revealed in three Holy distinctions:
- God the Eternal Father, Creator of heaven and earth, Triune, Sustainer and Ruler.
- Jesus Christ, the only Son of God the Father, who came down from heaven and became flesh for the sake of mankind and their salvation; conceived by the Holy Spirit and born through a virgin birth, who walked on earth, who was crucified, who died and was buried and who rose from the dead after three days and later ascended to heaven where he now sits at the right hand of God the Father, where He acts as High Priest and Mediator for our faith.
- The Holy Spirit, part of the Holy Trinity, who is the Comforter and Leader in righteousness, convicting the world of sin, leads the Church in all truth.

We believe in the two sacraments instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ:
- The believer's baptism - by immersion in water as a public witness and confession of faith and
- Communion - the participation in breaking the bread and drinking the fruit of the vine, symbolizing Christ's broken body and His shed blood on the cross, in remembrance of His suffering and death and as a prophecy of His return by all believers until His return.
